Terms of service
1. The service
Dealera is a subscription web and mobile app for managing a car dealership: stock, preparation, sales, invoices, leads, auctions, calendar, staff and pay. Kyros provides it to the dealership (you) under these terms.
2. Trial and subscription
- New dealerships get a free trial. At the end of the trial the account continues only if a subscription is agreed.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly at the price agreed on your demo call, which depends on stock size. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
- You can cancel at any time; the account stays open until the end of the paid month. Unpaid accounts are suspended after 14 days' notice and closed after a further 30 days.
3. Your data
- Everything you enter stays yours. You can export it at any time and we delete it after your account closes, as described in the privacy policy.
- You are responsible for the data you enter being lawful, and for your own customers' privacy notices. We process it only to run the service.
- We take nightly backups and keep the service available as far as we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your dealership's accounts.
- Do not use Dealera to break the law, to attack the service, or to access another dealership's data. We may suspend an account that does.
- Connections to AutoTrader, DocuSeal or other third parties use your own accounts with those companies and are governed by their terms as well.
5. Liability
Dealera is a tool; decisions about buying, pricing, selling and paying remain yours. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are notified in the app or by email at least 30 days before they apply. Questions: use the contact form on the home page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
